About the Plan
The Belvoir Ranch Master Plan is a visionary approach for land use planning to be undertaken from April 2007 to April 2008. During this time, staff from the City of Cheyenne and a team of consultants worked with area residents to determine best uses for, and potential revenue streams from, the various lands comprising the Belvoir Ranch.
The community has identified potential open space partnerships, improvements transportation to the site, explored educational opportunities, worked with surrounding land owners, and developed a resource management plan for the Ranch and the Big Hole properties.
