About the Project
The Belvoir Ranch Master Plan is a visionary approach for land use planning to be undertaken from April 2007 to April 2008. During this time, staff from the City of Cheyenne and a team of consultants will be working with area residents to determine best uses for, and potential revenue streams from, the various lands comprising the Belvoir Ranch. We will work to identify potential open space partnerships, improve transportation to the site, explore educational opportunities, work with surrounding land owners, and develop a resource management plan for the Ranch and the Big Hole properties.
