The Draft Belvoir Ranch Master Plan is now available for review & comment.
What is the plan? The Belvoir Ranch Master Plan creates a foundation from which to plan and implement use of the City’s Belvoir Ranch and Big Hole properties southwest of Cheyenne. The plan provides background analysis on the properties, an overview of best development and management practices, a vision statement, future land use map, and policies for the area, and implementation strategies for the plan.
Where is the Belvoir Ranch Master Plan available? The plan is available for review at the following Municipal offices: City Planning, Public Works, & City Clerk (2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001). The plan is also available at the Laramie County Library and online here: – Snapshot, Structure, Shape and Build. Electronic copies are also available on CD by request by contacting the Cheyenne Planning Office at 307. 637.6281.
How can I comment on the Belvoir Ranch Master Plan? All comments must be received in writing. A Comment Form is available at all of the locations listed above, and via pdf here. Written comments should be submitted to the following address no later than August 18th, 2008 at 5:00PM: Belvoir Ranch Master Plan Comments, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Room 309, Cheyenne, WY 82001, or faxed to 307.637.6308.
When is the Public Hearing for the Belvoir Ranch Master Plan? The public hearing will be held at the Cheyenne City Planning Commission meeting on August 18th, 2008 at 6:00PM in City Council Chambers, 2101 O’Neil Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
